Do we charge Sales Tax? 

We only charge 5.6% sales tax to orders shipped in Giorgia. All other orders are exempt from sales tax . 

 Do we have a Low Price Guarantee at Crystaltops.com? 

Yes, we do match our competitor’s prices on exact same items provided that they have the item in stock and it is not on clearance. Please call or e mail us before you place the order online if you would like us to match a competitor’s price.

How can I track the Status of my Order? 

Just click on ‘Track my Order’ in top right side of any page and enter your order number. (Order numbers are on the receipts that is e mailed to you right after you place the order)

How can I cancel my order?   

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will be able to cancel your order at your request. Please e mail us at info@crystaltops.com and we will do our very best.   

What if my item is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive any damaged items, please call or e mail us  immediately (or at least within 24 hrs) with the details. You must keep the original packaging until further notice from us.

What if my product is out of stock? 

Though we try our very best to have everything readily available in our warehouse, we will promptly contact you if the item you order is back ordered or not in stock. You can then decide to wait for the item or change or cancel your order.  

Do You Gift Wrap? 

Yes, we only charge an extra $ 5.00 per item to gift wrap it for you
